I’m Toby Lane, a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer dedicated to helping clients confidently navigate the home loan process.

I have been in the Mortgage Industry for 25 years. I love helping everyone from first-time homeowners to seasoned investors. I grew up in Gwinnett County and later attended the University of Georgia. Within a few years I found my way to the mortgage industry. I enjoy the excitement my clients have when they buy a new home or save some money by refinancing. I am now doing loans all over the Southeast, currently serving Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Florida.

I really have a passion for Veterans. I spent a lot of time out near Fort Gordon in Augusta working new construction loans for a large builder. With a military base in the area, the majority of our homeowners were military families. I've gotten to know many Veterans on a personal level and appreciate the sacrifice they have made for our Country.

Occasionally with any loan there can be bumps in the road. We are here with you through the hard times too. My commitment to you is to explain the process thoroughly and communicate with you extensively throughout the lending experience, so that you know exactly what is going on and what it will take to get your loan closed and on time.
